The staff was FRIENDLY and the lobby had a cute fireplace.
The room, while clean, felt almost depressing. It needed updating. There was only small hanging space. No drawers existed for unpacking. I expected something higher end for the cost.

The hotel's location proved convenient. I found the proximity to shops and restaurants quite beneficial for exploring the area. The staff greeted everyone with warmth. Christian helped with my bags to my room. I found this very helpful.
The noise early in the morning disturbed my rest. I called the front desk for help, but they couldn't stop it.

The Beautiful Room One King offered ample space, with tasteful decor. The room includes two separate sinks. I enjoyed the rainfall shower and the soft towels available in the bathroom, a very nice addition.

the superior queen room had enough space for everyone. beds were comfy. the location is amazing, close to restaurants and shops. the complimentary coffee in the morning was a thoughtful touch. i really appreciated the convenient bus stop for the airport express, it made traveling so much easier.
the dark lobby had a strong perfume smell.
