lovely stay, great location!
warm welcomesmooth check-indaily room
the reception staff gave us such a warm welcome! checking in went smoothly, plus, they offered helpful tips for exploring. daily room cleaning was perfect and much appreciated. the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable.
it was fixed before we left, thankfully.

It made accessing upper floors easier. i noticed there were luggage storage services available, so helpful for early arrivals. also there is a cozy reception area.

Our double room shower included a safe inside the wardrobe, a good addition. there was a kettle with tea available, convenient for a quick hot drink. We really appreciated this. fresh towels was daily upon request.

the staff spoke english fluently and were always ready to assist, a bonus. i noticed their warm, friendly demeanor and found them very helpful with directions. the check-in process was efficient.
