The airport transfer was prompt. It met my needs.

The room above the kitchen was quite noisy. Banging and clattering persisted throughout the night. despite complaining to reception twice, the disturbance continued. the basic condition of the room and the hotel overall was also disappointing.

The airport transfer was smooth and timely (it was great they confirmed details beforehand). i really appreciated the room upgrade with sea view as well. the staff were very helpful. Robin and abilash were especially kind. the breakfast was varied and had good options.

the room had thin windows which let in some street noise.
