The staff provided service that was both attentive and friendly! The airport pickup happened without any problems. My room had great amenities and very neat place. The rooftop restaurant also had amazing views!

I could hear street noise from my room. Made it a little difficult to sleep well.

constant clattering basic room

The airport transfer was prompt. It met my needs.

The room above the kitchen was quite noisy. Banging and clattering persisted throughout the night. despite complaining to reception twice, the disturbance continued. the basic condition of the room and the hotel overall was also disappointing.

smooth transfer kind staff great view varied breakfast

The airport transfer was smooth and timely (it was great they confirmed details beforehand). i really appreciated the room upgrade with sea view as well. the staff were very helpful. Robin and abilash were especially kind. the breakfast was varied and had good options.

the room had thin windows which let in some street noise.
