Livingston provided a very smooth check-in and check-out. It was efficient. the transport i used was organized well. the location is next to a beachside which was a good start to my vacation.

The rooms could be noisy. I noticed sounds from the street.

clean roomfantastic view

Amy and Ansar surprised us with a free room upgrade it was amazing. The room was clean with everything I needed towels kettle coffee tea water and a mini bar were available. We had a fine balcony and the view was fantastic. They arranged a wake-up call and taxi on time it was really helpful.

The shower caused the entire bathroom floor to get wet even with the glass wall and door.

The rooftop restaurant was great I enjoyed the beautiful garden theme with a beach view. The breakfast had good variety it was also of a good standard.

The street outside was a bit noisy I could hear planes passing by.

i received a complimentary room upgrade that provided a fantastic sea view. the staff was very helpful in arranging airport transportation at the time i requested. i appreciated that the hotel is in front of the beach near various restaurants and stores i could walk to.

the fan made a loud noise when it was turned on. also, the pillow was not very comfortable. i found the toilet a little unclean.

the staff was always happy to help with a smile. the hotel had a publicly listed phone number and responded through whatsapp quickly. airport transportation was comfortable and arranged based on my requested schedule.

I find my room was not quite up to par. the bathroom fan made terrible noise, kept me up at night. the wifi was really spotty. I struggled to stream videos. the room needed better maintenance.

decent stay, some ISSUES

The room felt REALLY cramped. i mean, tiny. the shower lacked a curtain, so the entire bathroom got SOAKED after each use, it was a huge inconvenience. also, breakfast was like a money grab. They were weird about giving extra omelets and wanted to charge for juice and coffee, can you BELIEVE it.
