Resort Amanzi has eight room categories. The Garden View Room, part of the Garden Villa Unit, is 250 square feet and has a garden view, a private balcony, and a bathtub; it has a queen-size four-poster bed. The Deluxe Room has climate control, a tea and coffee machine, and bath amenities. The Premium Deluxe Room offers a lake view. The Cocoon Room includes a private garden, an outdoor deck, a private pool, a personal safe, a private living area, and a private entrance. The Glass Tree House offers views of Pawna Lake and the Sahyadri mountains and includes a private terrace. The Owners Suite offers 1,500 square feet of space, a sunken stone bathtub, a private garden/forest area of 2,500 square feet, a 250-square-foot gazebo, and an 800-square-foot plunge pool. Each room features a private bathroom with a bath or shower.
Dining at Amanzi
Arches-The Restaurant features farm-to-table ingredients grown organically at Amanzi. All tariffs include three meals, buffet-style, in the restaurant area. Private dining options include lunch (12:00 PM to 1:30 PM for Rs. 2,950/-, and 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM for Rs. 3,450/-), high tea (4:30 PM to 6:00 PM for Rs. 2,150/-), and dinner (7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm). Jain meals are available separately during meal timings.
Leisure and Activities
Resort Amanzi features an outdoor pool and mountain views. Guests can engage in kayaking, boating, and paragliding near the resort. The resort has a sports court for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Spa facilities are available for massage therapies at an additional cost. Tikona Fort, approximately 2 km away, is suitable for trekking.
Location and Access
Resort Amanzi is near Pawna Dam, 4 km from Lonavala, and 75 km from Pune International Airport. Landmarks nearby include Tiger's Leap (3 km), Bushi Dam (3 km), Lonavla Wax Museum (3 km), and Lonavala Lake (1.5 km). It is a 45-minute drive from Lonavala, a one-hour drive from Pune, and a two and a half-hour drive from Mumbai.
Services and Information
The resort offers assistance in planning events such as parties, weddings, and corporate functions, with additional charges and fees. Spa services operate from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week, with appointments available at an extra charge. Lost property is held for one month. Check-in is before 11:00 hrs, and late departures are subject to approval and extra charges. On-site parking is available.
