the pool was lovely. it offered a space for relaxation.
the room lacked basic amenities. there were no hooks in the bathroom and not enough receptacles were available which was inconvenient

the view WAS great. the staff WERE good.
the room REALLY needed some tlc. the furniture was old and tired, and the carpet had stains. I was like i was stuck in a time warp.
