clean room modern room blackout shades

the room was super clean and modern it had electronically controlled blackout shades this really helped with adjusting to the time zone the breakfast had a nice selection it provided great fuel before exploring for the day the local metro was only a four minute walk it made getting to downtown sorrento very convenient

The breakfast had a good choice. The staff was friendly. The location was near the train station, and you can walk to the main attractions. The gardens are nice too.

The room decor appear dated. Air conditioning did not work to full potential. The pool needed cleaning on several occasions. I also found the drinks expensive.

I appreciated the hotel's garden setting, it was a short walk to local shops. Cafes and a train station were nearby. The sunny pool area had trees and provided shade. The rooms were a good size and included comfortable beds and balconies. Tables and chairs were on each balcony, a nice feature.

The air conditioning was not effective enough. Fresh towels were requested, but were not delivered.

nice stay

friendly staff convenient transport really good food lovely garden

the staff were very friendly. they were happy to assist us throughout my stay. the hotel is close to local beaches. transport links are also nearby. the food at the hotel was really good. i especially liked the dinner. the garden setting is very lovely. i found the hotel is well situated for shops and cafes.

the walls seemed thin. every single noise traveled through the walls, somewhat disruptive. older guests were early risers. they sometimes slammed doors early.

The staff at the reception desk offered helpful information about the surrounding area and transportation. It made planning my excursions easy. the restaurant staff provided excellent service each night. i noticed the waitresses were genuinely attentive and efficient.

the hotel provided a great breakfast selection, with fresh pastries and quality coffee, it was a good way to begin the day. dinner service included a variety of choices. i found each course well prepared and presented.
