service inconsistencies detracted from the stay
outdated decorno coffee
i found some issues . the room's cleaning lacked thoroughness and the outdated decor wasn't great. the main problem i face was that no coffee was available in the room, a service i really expect from such a hotel. it's a basic amenity i missed.

i found the breakfast buffet amazing. there was a wide selection of bread, cheese, and fruit (i especially loved the fresh berries). the spa area provided a relaxing escape after a day outdoors. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist with any request.
the parking garage was a bit tight. navigating it with a larger vehicle was challenging, especially when the hotel was busy.

the room was comfortable, it offered a perfect blend of modern amenities and alpine decor. the food provided was a culinary delight with a variety of options that catered to all tastes.
the photos were misleading, the hotel is quite tired. there were no toiletries, mini bar, coffee machine, nor kettle in the room..
