the location was fantastic i was able to walk there from the train and get around for the duration of the trip without a car

the reception staff seemed annoyed that i was there they asked for my name told me the room wasn't ready to sit over on the couch and wait there was no apology they actually seemed angry at me for being there on time i don't mind waiting but to wait 30 minutes and to act as if it was my fault is just bad customer service this hotel needs new management and training in customer service

The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and was well prepared.

The room was too HOT, I couldn't control the heating. The person they sent up only spoke Croatian and did nothing. There was no cleaning service and not enough towels.

I liked the superb food a lot. The hotel is near the shops and the lake. The family 1 bed apartment include a fridge and kettle, which I find very useful. I must say the beds were comfy.

Reception area look bit dated. This place is very lovely. However the staff seemed quite disorganised at times.
