Really good hospitality and super clean rooms

clear passion clean rooms fine breakfast

Sarah and Jim clearly have a passion for their hotel. The breakfast was fine (i especially liked homemade pizza). The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location was really good.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

Acceptable Stay with Heating Issues

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good with various options.

The heating was inadequate (it was only on for a few hours each day). I found this to be quite uncomfortable, especially during the colder evenings. I wish they would improve the heating system.

Jim welcomed me warmly upon my arrival. Breakfast was spot on. My room was clean and cosy. Jim and Sarah were helpful to me.

I found a rule against bringing outside food or alcohol into the rooms. I had brought some alcohol. I felt awkward. This rule should be on the websites.

The breakfast was great. the hosts were genuinely lovely. Nothing was any trouble to them.

I felt awkward because i had brought some alcohol. I don't like to break rules though it should really be on the websites.

varied choice spacious room limited heating radiator control

I found the breakfast fantastic. there were plenty of options available and the food was cooked perfectly. the room was spacious and clean. I found it quite lovely.

to be honest, i felt cold . the heating only operated during specific hours, from 7 am to 8 am and then again from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. i saw a note saying i could alter the heating controls, but the radiators had no effect.

Home away from home!

homemade granola excellent driver daily treat warm welcome

I felt so welcomed. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured homemade granola and yogurt toppings. The taxi firm recommendation worked perfectly. The driver was prompt and excellent. I also appreciated that the treats in my room were replaced every day.

I noticed the hotel is located on a busy road. It could bother light sleepers.
