Elegant Rooms, Great Views
Alcanea Boutique Hotel features eight rooms with terraces. All rooms include modern facilities. The Superior Double with Sea View is the jewel of the hotel. Rooms offer views of the Egyptian Lighthouse, the Venetian Port, the Old Town of Chania, and the Venetian Fortress. A pleasant room on the second floor overlooks the hotel's internal patio. Some rooms offer a king size bed, a dressing table, and a lounge area with a fireplace decorated with Arabic elements. Other rooms include a queen size bed and a built-in wardrobe. Bathrooms feature showers.
Breakfast and Café
Alcanea's Signature Breakfast features Cretan organic products combined with fruits, herbs, and spices. Breakfast, served from 8 AM to 1 PM, includes local graviera cheese with local honey. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the Alcanea's lounge area, situated on the mezzanine interior floor, or at the exterior terrace of the hotel overlooking the Old Port. The café serves simple meals and snacks, such as local loukanika sausage in a wine sauce. Alcanea's café wine bar overlooks the harbor. Guests can enjoy traditional Greek coffee and Cretan herbal teas.
