adequate, but showing its age
musty odorbusy street
My room lacked charm. the bathroom had a faint, musty odor i couldn't quite shake. also, the promised beach access was across a busy street. It felt more like a suggestion than a perk. we booked the hotel due to the proximity to the beach, what a disappointment. Perhaps i should have checked the location better

The bathroom looked quite dated. I noticed mold on the showerhead and some staining on the towels. The family room felt as though it needed some refurbishment. It did not match the standard expected based on other areas of the resort.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices this was much appreciated. the location was also very convenient near the beach and shops. staff were helpful and friendly i am grateful for their assistance.
the room showed signs of age with some outdated features this was noticeable. i had issues with the key card failing frequently this was an inconvenience. the main pool was often crowded with families and children that limited space for others.
