Each en suite room includes free toiletries, a bathtub or expansive shower, soft robes and Fragonard toiletries. Suites have a separate sitting room with white sofas and an additional TV. Superior Rooms with Terrace start at 30 square meters, featuring a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a seating area, a desk, and a private terrace with mountain views. Deluxe Suites include a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and desk, a private living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The theme is white on white alongside oak parquet floors and gentle lighting. Certain rooms include a view of the Nebbiu Valley and the village, while others view the Gulf of Saint-Florent.

A continental breakfast of pastries, yogurt, and fruit is served on the terrace. The hotel's restaurant hosts only 18 guests, blending Corsican and French flavors with fine-dining presentation. Aethos Corsica is a 17th-century palace set in a garden of olive and palm trees, on the hillside of Oletta in northern Corsica. It's a half-hour drive from Bastia's international airport and 10 minutes from St Florent. Landmarks nearby include Corsica Zoo (3.5 km), Yves Leccia (3.5 km), and Citadelle Saint Florent (7 km). Poretta is 25 km away. The property is an easy uphill walk to its grocery store, gelateria and a couple of restaurants with jaw-dropping views.
