food options friendly staff

I was charmed by the multiple food options available for both breakfast and lunch. The ninth-floor dining area provides a nice view. I also liked the friendly staff and the excellent service provided!

The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I heard doors closing loudly.

the well appointed room was lovely. the lobby offered such beauty. breakfast provided many good choices.

The amount charged felt excessive. staff seemed unaware about excursions. I felt it was odd. the checkout process took too long.

helpful staff amazing view good facilities security measure

i appreciated the proximity to places like fort santiago and rizal park. the welcome drink near check-in was a nice touch. i felt secure because of the visible security measures. the staff ,specifically john, jim, lovely, li an, were organized and helpful. the room had amazing views and good facilities. the buffet breakfast had many choices.

some noise from roxas boulevard was noticeable.

the executive king room featured a well-stocked minibar, a separate work area with an ergonomic chair , and blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep. it also included a large tv with international channels.

The rooftop pool provided lounge chairs and towel service. It was open from 7 am to 9 pm. the gym included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the on-site restaurant offered a buffet, and there was also a bar.
