central location quick staff full kitchen unstable shower weak air conditioning poor wifi
The location was superb. it was perfect for accessing transit and exploring nearby areas. the staff responded swiftly when i requested extra towels. I thought that was very considerate. the apartment included a full kitchen, so i could prepare some meals.
The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly while i was using it. the air conditioning didn't get cold enough. i also found the wifi connection to be quite poor. I couldn't rely on it for streaming.

the location worked well. it was easy to access various attractions. the room facilities were adequate too, though the bathroom could use some updates.
the room cleaning was not consistent. pillows were not always placed properly. toiletries were not consistently replenished either.

the facilities were immaculate. the pool and gym are beautiful. rooms, including bathrooms, are clean and modern. (i found) value for money in the cbd was really good.

great layout comfy bed minimal cutlery stained crockery
the room had a great layout. there was clear consideration for the use of space and storage. the bed was comfortable and i slept well each night.
the kitchen lacked sufficient cutlery and utensils. the provided crockery had some visible staining, this was slightly off-putting.
