superb hotel experience

efficient staffironing roomspacious lobbyhistoric streets

the reception staff were efficient and very helpful i found an ironing room on the second floor this helped me unwrinkle clothes i had from weeks of travel the lobby is spacious it faces historic streets perfect for a drink the breakfast area has great places to sit both inside and outside the window for people watching.

the hotel did not provide branded cosmetics in the bathroom this was a minor inconvenience

the location was fantastic! lots of restaurants were nearby (i tried a new one every night!). the fitness room had weights and cardio equipment.

The shampoo's fragrance was peculiar. it smelled damp, i think. also, the air conditioning in my room was noisy. It clicked constantly. this woke me up a few times during the night.
