Aahana has a multi-cuisine restaurant that serves Continental, Mediterranean, and Oriental cuisines, along with Kumaoni dishes. Aahana's multi-cuisine restaurant serves dishes made with organic ingredients, including Kumaoni dishes. Produce is sourced daily from organic kitchen gardens, including milk from on-site Gaushala. Dhikala Restaurant provides a backdrop of the jungle. Kumaoni thali features regional specialities like Aloo ke Gutke, Bhaatt ki Daal, Bhang ki Chutney, Sisunak Saag, and Pahadi Raita-served with madua rotis and fragrant local rice.
