The staff did everything to help. I found the location great, with nearby restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well kept.

I found the repairs WORKS a bit loud. The banging of doors from other guests was disruptive.

The room was super clean and thoughtfully designed. It was also quiet. The bed provided support and comfort. Housekeeping was attentive. I observed no issues .

I noticed many places to eat nearby and I was very happy. A food place was within ten minutes WALKING distance. The hotel also offers options for coffee at reception upon request.

The hotel is close to key attractions and dining options. I saw that the bus stop is also within ten minutes walk. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from the airport by grab.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, which I liked very much. there were many good food options nearby. the cleanliness of my room was top notch and i liked that.

the room IS small, I have to admit. soundproofing seemed to be lacking, since i heard noises from the corridor. the tv had poor resolution, which bothered me a bit.
