the location was excellent close to historical sites restaurants and shops the staff were helpful i found the breakfast delicious with freshly baked food i enjoyed the indoor courtyard. i also appreciated the rooftop plunge pool it added an extra touch the building felt beautiful. the staff helped us book some restaurants that was a nice touch.

i wanted to use the spa but i couldn't book any treatments there seemed to be no availability.

the grand suite was spacious with a comfortable bed there was a rainfall shower the room was cleaned daily and all necessary facilities were available it felt luxurious.

the buffet breakfast included freshly made items as well as quality fruit and pastries coffee or tea service was available at the table this made the mornings quite enjoyable i would say.

the staff was very friendly they offered a welcome drink with information about the history of the area when i arrived i asked for extra air conditioning and a fan was brought to the room quickly.
