solid stay with great location

I always stay there, the staff is always very friendly and polite. i was offered a newly acquired apartment very close to the main hotel. it was a spacious three bedroom with two bathrooms and three balconies with front and back sea views. This is ideal for family. i had full use of the hotel's facilities including breakfast each morning.

the pool area can be crowded with locals, sometimes limiting access for hotel guests.

breakfast has different desserts, fruits, and pastries every day, aside from english breakfast. the rooftop lounge prices were very good and portions enormous. i found the good start to every vacation day.

staff is really good, very polite, friendly, and helpful. room service is invisible, this is good. the receptionist was really friendly striving to go the extra mile, she ensured i enjoyed my stay.

the rooms were clean and include ac. ac works fast and is almost silent, but i had to play with the controls to get it to my liking. towels were changed daily.

the hotel is close to a bus stop. the swimming pool is very nice on the roof and has a view of the ocean. i found a boardwalk where i could take a walk around the bay and see a lot of restaurants.

Good Choice for a Relaxing Stay

The staff upgraded my family to a villa. It was comfortable and spacious for our entire stay. It really reminded me of a big blessing. We were all together instead of being in separate smaller rooms.

The shower did not work well. The bathroom was flooded after each use. There was no mattress protector on the bed. The experience was unpleasant.

the breakfast offered good variety to begin the day. rooms received updates recently. cleanliness throughout was superb, it seemed like every corner was attended to. the level of care was apparent.

the bed and pillows were slightly uncomfortable, though i managed to sleep.
