good size blackout curtains

the room was a good size. it featured blackout curtains that were effective. complimentary wine was a nice touch upon arrival. breakfast had excellent table service, even for to-go orders.

stylish interior helpful staff hand smudges usb ports

the interior design of my room was stylish. also, the customer service was really friendly. the staff was helpful. i stayed in a spacious king room.

the room felt patched up. i noticed hand smudges on the mirror. some usb ports were not working and it was the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel.

train station excellent choice

the location is good. it is near the train station (very practical for travel). i visited win sons bakery for coffee. win sons restaurant provided dinner. both choices were excellent.

the sink in the bathroom did not drain. the sink was also loose.

spacious room clean room friendly staff limited breakfast inadequate insulation small print

The room was spacious. It also was clean and well-decorated. The staff were friendly. They provided helpful assistance.

The complimentary breakfast only covers two guests per room. This detail was in small print. I expected a hot item with the breakfast. The sound insulation was not adequate, especially on the first floor near the street. I could hear conversations from passersby.
