Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!

I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Asya at the reception was cute and helpful. I found the location to be excellent , putting me close to many attractions. This location near to many amenities made exploring very easy.

The noise levels from nearby bars were quite high late into the night. The insulation in the room wasn't adequate , , made it difficult to sleep soundly. Immediate measures to improve soundproofing are needed to ensure a more restful stay.

The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. refills of bottled water during housekeeping services. Rooms are equipped with a mini-bar with reasonably priced items, unlike many hotels with inflated prices. This is a nice touch , and shows great attention to detail.

The staff were friendly enough. This was acceptable.

I had issues trying to sleep. the noise from the nearby bars was relentless until 3 a.m. i also found the breakfast to be disappointing. It was very basic with limited options.

The staff was helpful when I asked for extra towels. My room had air conditioning, a relief during the warmer days. Breakfast included fresh tomatoes. I enjoyed that very much.

My room was quite small. It was difficult to open my luggage fully. There was a loud bar across the street. Sleep was difficult until 3 AM. The Wi-Fi was slow, made planning activities difficult.
