modern room clean bathroom free waffles air con

i liked the clean, modern room and bathroom. the free waffles in reception everyday tasted amazing. i used the hairdryer and it blast dried my hair quickly. the air con unit worked well and it helped to have a fridge in the room.

the hotel stands opposite a tram stop, this makes travel very EASY. Many bars and restaurants sit next to the hotel, providing various options. The hotel is not far from the city centre.

house keeping came daily and provided fresh towels. I requested an iron and ironing board, it arrived quickly. the staff were friendly, this improved the overall stay. There is a lift for easy access to upper floors.

a FAB breakfast was available, i found good options. waffles are available in reception daily, these are complimentary. lots of bars and restaurants neighbor the hotel, this increases choice. There are many food places nearby, this provided extra dining options.

The tram stop is right outside. It took me straight back into the city center. The room was a good size and i found everything clean. I thought the staff were helpful.

The double bed separated easily, a bit less comfortable.

clean rooms comfy beds soundproofing wooden floor

the location was really convenient! it was close to the tram for easy access to the central area. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean, though the decor in my double room was a bit dated.

There was no soundproofing. i could hear people next door making noise. It was quite loud after 10:30 pm every night. staff members also made noise walking to and from reception. This was especially noticeable when a lady wore high heels on the wooden floor at 11 pm while i was trying to sleep.

The location was excellent with a tram stop just outside. The tram provided very easy access to the city center. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and it was clean.

The street noise was quite loud in my room, which faced the front of the building.

Staff made the beds and changed towels every day, a detail I appreciated. The team allowed an extra hour during check-out and accommodated my dad, who became ill. The staff was accommodating and they were helpful.

wonderful stay near the zoo

english channels fab air tram stops

i appreciated the english channels on the tv. air conditioning worked fabulously in the room. the location stood out, as tram stops were just outside. breakfast options were fabulous, and i also requested and got iron.

the hotel room was not suitable for families with kids

the hotel sits at a good location. a tram stop exists just outside. this made accessing different parts of the city easy. my room had a modern decoration.

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i hear noises coming from nearby rooms.
