location drawbacks
the staff were VERY helpful with my luggage at check-in.
The noise at night was VERY disruptive. I could hear music from nearby clubs until late. the earplugs provided did little to block the extreme noise pollution.

average stay with some significant drawbacks
loud music disorganized breakfast
i was pretty frustrated. the loud music from a nearby club was a real problem , every night it went on until 3 am. i also found the breakfast setup inconvenient , guests were often overlooked at the cafe and seated upstairs with little attention. it felt pretty disorganized , and i wish the hotel had prioritized its guests better.

some issues noted
water pressure lumpy mattress
the staff was lovely
I had several issues . the water pressure in my room was inconsistent. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. noise was also a problem, especially at night due to the cafe and neighbors. the mattress felt lumpy too

adequate stay with a few issues
loud music unpleasant smell
the noise was a significant problem. music from a nearby nightclub was audible late into the night. additionally, the smell from the adjacent river was quite unpleasant at times (it depended on the wind direction). incense was burned throughout the gardens, i presume in an effort to mask the smells.

noise disturbances unclean pool
I observed considerable noise disturbances at night. Music from nearby clubs continued until the early hours. This made sleeping difficult despite my closed windows. Also I found that the pool area could be cleaner. Towels displayed persistent brown stains and the water did appear cloudy at times.
