The hotel features Peranakan and mid-century art decor furniture and oil paintings depicting Penang street life.

It is near Cheung Fatt Tze Mansion, Little India, Fort Cornwallis, and The Goddess of Mercy temple. Penang International Airport is 20 km away. The Rapid Penang Central Area Transit (CAT) Free Shuttle Bus stops at Lebuh Farquhar and Love Lane. Rapid Penang Bus No. 11, 101, 104, 201, 202, 203, U204, and 206 stop at Lebuh Chulia.
