i found the room very clean the staff was attentive. my room included a nespresso machine and complimentary pods so i enjoyed a tasty coffee each morning.
The air conditioning was not amazing. I would have liked it to be cooler.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It was near darling harbour and about fifteen minutes walk to circular quay. I found a woolworths across the road, and Hyde Park only a couple of blocks away. I will definitely be back as the location was amazing.
The tv showed netflix as an option though it presented an error code. The staff had mixed understanding of why it wouldn't work as well! They concluded it wasn't actually available. It would be better if the option was fully functional.

i wanted a room close to everything.. so this was perfect! my flight was early and i checked in easily. i left my bag and they called when the room was ready. i got upgraded to a beautiful queen room balcony, a pleasant surprise. the staff greeted me each time i came or left..
the room was generally pleasant, but it was smaller than i expected.

the location was convenient, close to transport.
The room i got was much smaller than i expected from the photos, and it felt overpriced for the size. there wasn't sufficient seating in the lounge area. Only two single chairs were available for four guests, so we sat on the beds. the shower had mould present, and there were no spare toilet rolls available in the room.
