great location helpful staff easy walk
The hotel's location was fantastic. It was near darling harbour and about fifteen minutes walk to circular quay. I found a woolworths across the road, and Hyde Park only a couple of blocks away. I will definitely be back as the location was amazing.
The tv showed netflix as an option though it presented an error code. The staff had mixed understanding of why it wouldn't work as well! They concluded it wasn't actually available. It would be better if the option was fully functional.
Location
10/10
The hotel is located next to the train station. This provides ideal access to important parts of the city. Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are within easy reach. Public transportation is very accessible, too.
Facilities
9/10
The lobby offers complimentary Nespresso coffee, biscuits, cocoa, and tea, very convenient. There is good access to public transport, shops, and major attractions. I found these services.
Service
8/10
The hotel staff are professional, responsive, and helpful. Staff members were available whenever needed or if i asked something from them. The staff allowed for luggage storage before check-in.
Rooms
9/10
The room was big enough, and the facilities inside looked new and modern. The room was always clean, and smelled good, and the beds were not hard. Pillows had the perfect amount of softness. I felt very comfortable.

small room mould shower
the location was convenient, close to transport.
The room i got was much smaller than i expected from the photos, and it felt overpriced for the size. there wasn't sufficient seating in the lounge area. Only two single chairs were available for four guests, so we sat on the beds. the shower had mould present, and there were no spare toilet rolls available in the room.
