Xinalani has 33 rooms. The Eco-Chic Suites feature wider views. Suites have three walls, with one window open. All rooms include lemongrass candles to repel bugs. The Deluxe Rooms feature air conditioning, king beds or single beds. Eco Chic Suites offer air conditioning, a private terrace, and views. Beach Casitas include air conditioning, a private pool, a hammock, and ocean views.
Dining Options
Xinalani provides fresh, local food. The buffet-style meals in the restaurant offer Mexican cuisine, with vegan and vegetarian choices. Menu items include roasted tomatoes with lentils and goat cheese and aioli salad with pineapple, jicama, and cucumber. Special diets like vegan and gluten-free are accommodated.
Leisure Activities
Guests can reSET rhythm through vinyasa flows, fitness-inspired fusions, and sound therapy sessions. The hotel also provides opportunities for swimming, beach lounging, and hammocks. Excursions such as hiking to waterfalls, horseback riding, whale watching, and snorkeling are available. There is a surf break during the winter season (November-April). Guests can use kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear. A daily yoga class is provided.
Location and Access
Xinalani Retreat Mexico is 30 km from Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz (PVR) airport. Access to the hotel is only by boat. Guests should book arrival flights that land no later than 4:00 PM and departure flights that take off no earlier than 12:00 PM. The hotel is near Playa Majahuitas (3 km), Las Animas Beach (0.3 km), and Las Caletas (2 km).
Hotel Services
For transportation, the hotel offers airport pickup and taxi transfer to Marina Vallarta pier (15 min), followed by a boat transfer to Xinalani (45 min). The boat transfer from Marina Vallarta costs $115 USD per person (round trip). The hotel caters to retreats for yoga and meditation.
