Convenient and Comfortable Stopover

punctual shuttle modern design efficient check-in boarding pass

The hotel shuttle service to the airport was punctual and convenient. I appreciated the modern design of the rooms. I liked the efficiency of the check-in process. The ability to print boarding passes in the lobby was a great feature.

The noise from the nearby road was noticeable at night. (Perhaps ask for a room away from the highway.)

The room featured a king-sized bed, two separate sinks, and a spacious rainfall shower. Blackout curtains were installed. They effectively blocked out external light. The room included a work desk with convenient power outlets.

The breakfast buffet included many options (especially the fresh fruit!). I enjoyed the variety of dishes. Dinner was also available as a buffet with local and international options.

The hotel gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. A full-service spa offering massages and treatments was available.

efficient shuttle warm hospitality sustainable commitment

The shuttle service from the airport included Luis. It was prompt and efficient. Byron and Christian provided very nice dining service. Their hospitality was warm. The hotel is committed to sustainability. I noticed there was no plastic used.

The front desk did not readily offer medication for diarrhea.

a mixed experience near the airport

unacceptable noise insufficient heating

the noise level in my room were unacceptable. i think it came from a housekeeping room next door. it prevent me from having a good night's rest. also, the room felt cold. i wish the heating system was better.

some issues for the price

thin walls old beds

the restaurant provided excellent food.

I find a couple of things problematic. the room i got cost a fair amount but the beds felt old. i also thought the walls are thin because i hear lots of highway noise during all night. It stopped me from sleeps.

airport shuttle large room comfortable room

the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. i found someone waiting for me with a sign after customs. the room was large and comfortable.

the small window in my room made it feel a little bit like a closet.
