My room did not have a phone to reach reception. The staff also did not know their direct line. I had to search online for the main number. The television and Apple TV did not work initially and kept disconnecting. The remote only worked sometimes.

The hotel's location is seriously prime (it's super close to everything!). the rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. i found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. They made check-in swift. i loved the complimentary drinks. What a nice surprise!

The location provided quick access to the harbour via Pyrmont Bridge. The reception area looks great and is very trendy. I enjoyed the free snacks provided. It was a nice touch. I found the minibar items included to be quite generous.

The room was very cramped and it felt poorly ventilated. The extraction fan did not work in the bathroom. It was annoying to discover this issue . I hope this is addressed.
