no phone unreliable tv
My room did not have a phone to reach reception. The staff also did not know their direct line. I had to search online for the main number. The television and Apple TV did not work initially and kept disconnecting. The remote only worked sometimes.

prime location clean room friendly staff free drinks
The hotel's location is seriously prime (it's super close to everything!). the rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. i found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. They made check-in swift. i loved the complimentary drinks. What a nice surprise!

Excellent Boutique Experience

The location provided quick access to the harbour via Pyrmont Bridge. The reception area looks great and is very trendy. I enjoyed the free snacks provided. It was a nice touch. I found the minibar items included to be quite generous.
The room was very cramped and it felt poorly ventilated. The extraction fan did not work in the bathroom. It was annoying to discover this issue . I hope this is addressed.

The room included every amenity. The room was modern. The bed was very large with the best pillows I've experienced in a hotel for some time. It was a QUIET room.

The reception area looks great and trendy. The atmosphere reflected the history of the building. The hotel included a lolly bar. I really appreciated the complimentary snacks provided in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff was very cute. They provided quick service. They were very polite. They were smiling all the time. Late checkout IS A GEM!!!

The location offered quick access to Darling Harbour via Pyrmont Bridge. The location was great for attending a show at the Lyric Theatre. It was also great for exploring the harbour and the Rocks. It felt very convenient.
