Wonders Boutique Hotel has eleven air-conditioned rooms with king-size beds. Each room features a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a safety box, a private bathroom, a small refrigerator, and a coffee/espresso machine. Some rooms include a seating area. Select rooms have a wooden canopy and a private balcony or terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Rooms come with a minibar, stocked daily with wine, beers, and soft drinks.

Breakfast includes local ingredients and herbs from the hotel's garden. A common area connects to terraces at the front and back. The ground floor features a common area with a sofa, also a breakfast area that acts as a reading corner. Seating around the pool includes cushioned lounge chairs shaded by beach umbrellas.
