Really good Family Resort Experience

beautiful landscape attentive staff inclusive package

I found the location and landscape strikingly beautiful. The staff was attentive. They added a personable touch. The all-inclusive package included excellent water sports and activities. The complimentary drinks upon arrival and the clean hotel villa were additional benefits, alongside easy excursion arrangements with the resort team.

Dinners often required significant time. I would estimate about 30-45 minutes beyond typical expectations for dinner service. Despite the wait, the excellent taste of the food compensated. I suggest including stocked water bottles and snacks in the villas for all-inclusive guests.

The resort provided several dining options. I liked that I had choices for meals. The beach had plenty of comfortable sun loungers. It was never difficult to find a place to relax. The staff was helpful, and I found the service to be excellent.

The villas could use a bit of updating.

the pool near my ocean view two bedroom premium villa was empty because of this work. That was quite disappointing. the reduced menu options were a letdown, especially since some items were consistently unavailable. this limited my dining choices each day.

amazing beach good staff

the beach was amazing, and the staff at the bar was really good at their job. travis and kora worked hard at 96 and jammers.

it was loud from early morning and did make it hard to relax the way i wanted.

The island experiences two primary seasons: the dry season from December to May and the hurricane season from June to November. Although some families opt to visit during hurricane season, many still enjoy plenty of sunshine, particularly in July and August.
