Hotel Wellies offers 8 air-conditioned rooms, each uniquely designed and refurbished in 2015. Rooms feature refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary wireless Internet. Options include twin, double, triple, and quadruple family configurations, with special rates for solo travelers during off-peak times. All rooms provide nightgowns, towels, hairdryers, and toiletries. Select rooms have sofa beds. Each room offers views of greenery, gardens, or Mount Asama.

British Dining

Hotel Wellies features Albert's British Dining, serving a signature Full English breakfast with homemade sausages, home-cured bacon, and black pudding. A 4-course London-style dinner includes dishes such as fish & chips, beef stew, Yorkshire pudding, and home-smoked salmon. Much of the food, including bacon, smoked salmon, black pudding, and pate, is handmade at the hotel. Some eggs come from hens nurtured on the hotel grounds. The bar offers local and imported beers, wines, cocktails, and Scotch whiskies. There is also an English fish course option and vegetarian / halal options. Guests can enjoy lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and afternoon tea from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Leisure and Activities

Guests can participate in a fun English conversation class with native English teachers. Bicycles are available for rent at 1000 yen a day or 500 yen half day. The hotel provides a Yamaha piano and guitars for musically inclined guests. Board games and books are available near the fireplace in the library.
