Hotel Wellies features Albert's British Dining, serving a signature Full English breakfast with homemade sausages, home-cured bacon, and black pudding. A 4-course London-style dinner includes dishes such as fish & chips, beef stew, Yorkshire pudding, and home-smoked salmon. Much of the food, including bacon, smoked salmon, black pudding, and pate, is handmade at the hotel. Some eggs come from hens nurtured on the hotel grounds. The bar offers local and imported beers, wines, cocktails, and Scotch whiskies. There is also an English fish course option and vegetarian / halal options. Guests can enjoy lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and afternoon tea from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
