The newly renovated Penthouses, located on the top floor, feature a private outdoor terrace with BBQ facilities, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a lounge area. Each suite includes air conditioning, a king-size bed, and two large sofa beds. The bathrooms feature Italian-style granite and marble, with a separate bath and shower. The Exclusive Waves Suite has a private outdoor area, a marble bathroom with a shower and bath, a king-size bed, and a fold-out sofa bed. The State Suite accommodates up to four guests, offering a separate living space and a large private balcony, stylish decor, and a marble bathroom with a shower and bath. The Penthouse offers a large wrap-around balcony and exclusive use of an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ.
