Beachfront Rooms & Suites
WaterColor Inn & Resort is located in Seaside, a small resort community in Northwest Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. The Inn's 67 rooms offer Gulf of Mexico views. Rooms include a balcony or patio with Adirondack chairs. First-floor Dune View Rooms feature an outdoor cabana shower. Rotunda Suites provide panoramic Gulf views and are located on floors 2-4. One-bedroom Family Suites include a king bed, a living/dining area with a sofa sleeper, and a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave. Two-bedroom Family Suites have a separate living/dining area, a kitchen area, and a personal 'Treat Suite' stocked with snacks and family board games.
Gulf Coast Dining
The WaterColor Grill offers a menu with fresh seafood, salads, and sandwiches. Costa Chica is a rooftop lounge overlooking the WaterColor Beach Club pool deck. Gather Kitchen + Bar, located inside WaterColor Inn, serves coastal cuisine. The Canteen offers snacks, drinks, and food items. Beach Cow provides burgers and shakes. Fish Out of Water serves lunch and dinner daily and brunch on weekends.
Activities and Amenities
Guests have access to complimentary bicycle use and rentals for kayaks, canoes, pontoon boats, and stand-up paddleboards. The WaterColor Beach Club features a main pool, a second pool deck, and a zero-entry pool, all with Gulf views. Camp WaterColor includes two pools with slides, a lazy river, a playground, and a basketball court. The WaterColor Bike Barn provides maps and information on the woodland trail system.

WaterColor Inn & Resort borders Grayton Beach State Park, which is a 2,000-acre park with nature trails and Western Lake. The hotel is situated on 499 acres, with 1,400 linear feet of beachfront on South Walton's beaches.
