Unique Hotel Rooms

Wanås Restaurant Hotel features eleven individually decorated double rooms. Rooms offer garden views, soundproof walls, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and parquet floors. Guests are offered chocolate. Bathrooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer. Some bathrooms also have a bath. One bed is available in each unit.

Wanås Restaurant Hotel's cuisine is rooted in local, seasonal ingredients from the on-site farm, forest, and local producers. The restaurant prepares all food from scratch. The menu includes Scanian gazpacho with labneh made from Wanås milk (SEK 175), Scanian Caesar salad (SEK 195), gratinated Swedish Camembert on fried focaccia with spring vegetable salad and pea pesto (SEK 220), and roasted Scanian duck leg with new potatoes, summer greens, and Wanås yogurt (SEK 295). The hotel is mentioned in 360 Eat Guide for Sustainable Gastronomy.

Wanås Restaurant Hotel is located on the Wanås Estate, which features a sculpture park with over 70 site-specific artworks. Guests can walk through the beech forest and experience contemporary art.
