The hotel features a free continental breakfast, a lovely surprise each morning. i walked to darling harbor and haymarket central easily. The location was perfect. the staff was very amazing, providing quick and efficient service .
my room had a very small window and limited natural light, it felt slightly stuffy.

I liked that my room had a mini bar. It included a fridge, hairdryer, iron and board for convenience. The staff were very friendly, I liked this personal service, and they helped with directions. The location was also great!
The room faced the back and had little natural light. The window was also quite small.

The staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. The superior queen room had a queen bed and a seating area. I found readily available coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. A convenience store sat directly across the street and this made getting snacks easy.
The elevator was quite slow during peak hours.

The staff was friendly. They were always available at the reception and happy to assist with directions. The location was also convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions.
The room was smaller than expected. I also found the breakfast selection limited. There were not many options available. The coffee was also not included and required an extra charge.
