the room was gorgeously furnished. facilities were great and very clean. i appreciated the original features of the building. it felt special. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

The room i got did not resemble the pictures online, this was disappointing. i was also surprised by the minibar prices. They seemed quite high and outdated. the hotel seemed to miss small details, it affected the overall experience. i probably would not return given these issues.

The location was decent. It was convenient to have spice alley so close by.

The room was stuffy. The window didn't open at all. it got pretty uncomfortable, and i felt trapped with no fresh air coming in. i tried to get some air but it was hopeless

Breakfast tasted delicious.

The rooftop was closed during my entire visit and no one informed me beforehand. I feel disappointed as a guest to discover the TV didn't work. It only showed local channels. I was offered a small discount for the TV malfunction.
