The Old Clare By Ode Hotels, a 62-room boutique hotel, features rooms with designs incorporating restored elements of the former Clare Hotel pub and Carlton & United Breweries Administration Building. Each Connell room features at least 3-meter high ceilings, vintage designer furniture and lamps, and modern bathrooms with dual vanities. Suites in the converted pub area have hardwood floors, a separate living area, and a dining table that seats eight, plus a bathroom with a deep bath. Loft-style rooms include a private bedroom and sitting area with a king-sized bed and a white marble bathroom. The C.U.B. Suite, located in the former Carlton & United Breweries' boardroom, retains original timber paneling, parquetry floors, cornices, and the restored executive men's washroom, with separate sleeping quarters and an eight-seater table. Breakfast is available next door at A1. The Clare bar embraces its original ethos and provides a refreshing take on a traditional watering hole. The rooftop bar allows year-round enjoyment of cocktails, either at the bar or poolside. Avo smash with smoked cream cheese and an egg & bacon roll with jack cheese and BBQ onion jam are available, as are cinnamon waffles.

The Neva gallery presents nature-themed artworks alongside wall hangings, prints, stickers, tote bags and a collection of rare plants. Also featured are Chris Dolman's paintings and objects, and wheel thrown functional wares.
