Really good Access to the City!

central location cool air conditioning convenient luggage storage

I certainly appreciated the central location near the metro, it made getting around so easy! The air conditioning was a lifesaver after those long days of sightseeing, the room was always cool. I was also happy the staff let me store my luggage after checkout, it allowed me to explore a bit more before heading to the airport.

The noise levels were occasionally high, I could hear hallway conversations clearly from my room.

The staff were kind and always available , they made check-in and check-out smooth processes. I secured hot water immediately because of accommodating staff, this was definitely a plus for my visit. The 24-hour reception offered constant support and assistance to everyone.

The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, I was able to adjust it as needed. Storing my bicycle inside overnight was not a problem, and it brought peace of mind. I also enjoyed the breakfast they provide each morning .

The location provided convenient access to local amenities. I found many cafes and shops close by. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful (the receptionists were great!).

The elevator was very small. It was difficult to manage with luggage. The shower head in my room wasn't properly attached. I had to hold it during showers, inconvenient.
