polite staff rooftop pool bathroom fittings missing item
i found the staff were courteous. the rooftop pool was lovely, i watched the sunset after a busy day. the hotel car was brand new for a day of sightseeing, it included an excellent driver. we barely had to open a door ourselves, which surprised me.
the bathroom fittings felt loose. some basic bathroom items were missing in my room. the food felt okay but it was nothing too great to remember. i rate my stay as satisfactory, it was not great as i expected.

convenient access excellent loungers rooftop pool
The location provides convenient access to the Mandovi riverfront. Markets are also within walking distance. The rooftop pool features excellent loungers.
The salon looked to be closed during peak weekend hours.

room upgrade efficient room service prompt service noise issues street noises poor soundproofing
I am grateful for my room upgrade. The room was a Beautiful Room City View King Bed. I also appreciated the prompt room service. My requests always were handled efficiently.
There were some issues with noise. The soundproofing in the room wasn't ideal. Street noises were audible at night and it disturbed my sleep.
