Suites feature sitting areas or sectionals in living rooms, separate bedrooms, wet bars, and dining areas. All rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee maker, and an iPad. Minibars include two cans of beer, one soda, one ade, and bags of chips and almonds. Bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers, deep soaking bathtubs, rainfall showerheads, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms provide mountain or river views.

Guests can enjoy continental breakfast buffet and Italian cuisine at Del Vino. Moegi serves authentic Japanese dishes. Myongwolgwan offers Korean Hanwoo beef barbecue.
