excellent hotel in a convenient location
convenient location subway station food options
the triple room provided enough space for spreading out our luggage. higashyi-ginza station is the nearest subway station a short walk away. tuskiji fish markets are half a block away offering great food options. a starbucks and lawsons are one block away and ginza shopping district is within walking distance.
the design could be better for opening luggage without creating trip hazards.

great location train station shopping district short walk
this hotel had a great location for exploring! it was near a train station. i found a starbucks and a mini mart very close by. the giza shopping district was only a short walk away, about five minutes.
the pillows were very flat. this.

the hotel provides washing machines . a tv screen displayed their availability and remaining cycle time, very convenient for planning laundry. amenities like toothbrushes and razors were available near the elevators for forgotten items.

clever layout nice soak efficient staff
The room's layout featured a basin near the entrance and separate areas for the shower-bath and WC. It was clever. The high bath allowed for a nice soak, very onsen-like. The front desk staff helped arrange a taxi and were generally efficient.

Acceptable Stay, but Check-in Problems
poor language skills slow check-in
The hotel was clean, and its location was acceptable (it is close to transport).
The check-in was a disaster. The staff seemed completely lost, and I felt frustrated after struggling to communicate with them due to their poor language skills, both in Japanese and English. This led to incorrect information and a VERY slow check-in.

convenient location good pressure clean bathroom
The location was convenient. I found it easy to reach the metro. The room had good water pressure in the shower. The bathroom included a tub, which I DEFINITELY appreciated after walking all day.
