The hotel is accessible from Bellinzona train station via bus no. 311 to Locarno main train station, then bus no. 1 to Ascona Centro (runs every 15 minutes). Milan Malpensa airport is approximately 120 kilometers away, and Zürich airport is approximately 215 kilometers away.

The reception is located at the entry of al Piazza and is open from 8 AM to 9 PM (10 PM in summer). Adapters are available on loan at the reception. Gluten-free and lactose-free products are available for breakfast with prior notice. Free luggage storage is available. Mobile phones are available for emergencies only. Laundry service is available if the laundry bag with the completed form is delivered to the reception by 12:00 AM, with return the next day until 12:00 AM.
