Hotel Vista Ebina offers air-conditioned rooms that combine creams. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, bathtub and free wired internet. Every room includes a private bathroom equipped with a bath, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. A fridge, ironing facilities, trouser press, electric kettle, and AM/FM alarm clock are standard. Rooms are designed with a separate bathroom, toilet, and wash basin. Simmons pocket coil mattresses are in all guest rooms. You can stream videos from YouTube and Netflix on the TV, or mirror the screen from your smartphone or tablet. Rooms also provide a USB port.

The restaurant serves meals to guests of Hotel Vista Ebina. The buffet breakfast features rice purchased from local farmers and Isehara's brand yam. The white rice served is locally grown "Tenkomori" rice. It is the only hotel that offers the Kanagawa brand Japanese yam "Jinenjo Oyama" for breakfast, as well as Tororo.
