Some suites include a fireplace. Extra beds are available upon request for an extra fee. Each room is elegantly decorated.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The Tinguiririca Restaurant offers meals made with local products, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. The Pool & Game Bar serves wines, cocktails, appetizers, and snack boards.
