The staff was helpful . They assisted with directions and information.
My room felt quite outdated. The sockets did not function, so bathroom lighting was a challenge, and bedroom lights operated in unison. I reported this to reception, but I received only a simple apology.

My stay went smoothly. The reception staff were friendly and provided a personal welcome. My room had nice surprise gifts including a discount voucher for a local shop. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. I found it quite relaxed. The staff were kind and friendly.
The room was a little too warm, and I could only slightly open the window.

There is ample parking available , very convenient, and the gym has equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes for those wanting to exercise. The hotel also has a swimming pool, great for relaxation, with several loungers available, offering a comfortable space.

the staff provided friendly service. i found the food good . they paid great attention to detail throughout the premises. our classic king room was cosy and clean.
i had some issues with noise. there was a lot of noise in the front street when i went to bed it impacted my sleep quality. i also found the beds uncomfortable during the night.
