Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

The staff was helpful and friendly, which I appreciated.

The room I booked was not what I expected. I had booked a "Beautiful Double Room Balcony", but the balcony was tiny and completely unfurnished. This was a major letdown as I had wanted to relax there (enjoying a drink or snack). the bed was very uncomfortable, springy and bumpy, hard to sleep well.
