Mixed Feelings at this Hotel

The layout of the hotel is beautiful and it really shows off the fine view. The beach club has nooks.

I had a miscommunication with my arrival airport transfer even after several emails. (I wish I had known I needed to fly into Dalaman Airport.) The hotel didn't offer anything to. I also had to call reception and WhatsApp several times to get help with my bags at check-out.

The food was definitely overpriced. i found the lamb shank particularly tough. I think it required considerable effort. also, the service felt rushed. It detracted from the overall experience, i must say. burrata was bland as well.

I visit here yearly with friends. Sometimes twice. i own a villa but love the sea access here. i felt the staff excelled this year. They were polite and helpful. our lunch had simple, fresh beach bar food. i thank them for the beautiful day.
