Villa Kiva Boutique Hotel provides various rooms and suites, each featuring either a private veranda or a balcony. Rooms are characterised by a circular shape and a spacious balcony facing the Indian Ocean. All rooms include AC, fan, safety deposit box, TV, mini fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities. The Junior Suite, a 60-m² room with a large balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean, is located in the main building. Suites offer families the option of two separate rooms within the same suite. Garden Suites offer a double bed and an additional sofa bed. These rooms include exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. Some rooms are located on the upper floor of 2-story bungalows, while others feature a ground-floor veranda. All rooms provide a shower and bidet, as well as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Garden View Rooms, feature Afro-chic décor.
