“It's my opinion that this hotel's slight remove from Darjeeling's core results in a welcome breath of cleaner air and calmer streets. I think that the cozy, wood-paneled rooms with mountain views offer real charm, especially at this price point. While I read there's been some inconsistent service, the location is an easy walk to key attractions, making it a solid base for exploring.”
