great stay with fantastic staff

helpful staff great location enjoyable spa

I really appreciated the helpful staff . the location was great, close to restaurants and shops. the spa treatments were especially enjoyable. the hotel provided a welcome drink. I thought that was a nice touch.

i noticed some maintenance issues within the hotel. specifically, some pool tiles looked broken. i believe addressing this would greatly improve the experience.

my beautiful room included air conditioning. a safe was available for valuables. bottled drinking water was provided, and i found toiletries, including a toothbrush and comb.

the poolside bar was lovely. the staff were very accommodating. i booked day taxis through the resort and it was very convenient.

the air conditioning controls did not work. but i could manage.
